Orientation in informing, enlightening and mobilising Edo people to accept Government policies and programs as well as awakening their consciousness and foster the spirit of Cooperation and co existing and behavioural change amongst the various segments of the society
Publications and documentation of government activities contained in its policies and programmes by publishing and disseminating verifiable government information through bulletins, magazines, newsletters and social media platforms to the people of Edo State and beyond

To empower the people of Edo with information through a technology driven,
comprehensive and participatory information system, re orienting them to build
an orderly, responsible and disciplined society where the values of hard work,
patriotism and democratic principles are upheld

Mission

To provide edo people with an efficient publicity vehicle with an in built feedback
mechanism backed up by a comprehensive information management system
